Of course, there will always be those who look only at technique, who ask 'how', while others of a more curious nature will ask 'why'. Personally, I have always preferred inspiration to information.

About Anne

I am a latecomer to photography. I enjoy exploring the ways in which photographic equipment, techniques and the aesthetics of the photographer meld together in the creation of an image, and particularly the extent to which the capturing of a moment of time and place can vary in the melding and the mix.

About Frank

I was born on a stormy August night in 1949 and I have been learning ever since. I am fortunate enough to be retired, with time to develop my photography experiences, both in Australia and abroad. I’m even more fortunate to share my enthusiasms with my lifelong partner, Anne. Together we learn about life and photography, every day. Photography allows me to discover new aspects of people and places and it refines my ways of seeing.
